Our innovative Leaders Program curriculum enhances self-awareness, builds executive confidence, and broadens command of the business. Interactive class sessions are facilitated real-time by leading Harvard Business School faculty via a virtual classroom. Using both the case method and interactive lectures, sessions are designed to maximize engagement, facilitate productive risk-taking, and leverage participants’ own operating contexts for conceptual application. Integrated reflections before and after class reinforce and personalize the learning.

Community

TLC participants come together from best-in-class companies from around the world, expanding their peer executive networks across a variety of industries, functions, and company stages. We enable easy, digital access to one another for both formal peer learning opportunities and informal collaboration and conversation. Participants choose a variety of ways to learn from each other, including small group teams, 1:1 pairs, and access to influential and inspiring leaders in live and virtual settings.

Coaching

Personalized coaching helps TLC participants translate new insights into rapid action and performance acceleration. Facilitated by a hand-picked team of TLC coaches with an exceptional track record of advising senior leaders, the experience leverages an intensive method of personal change management that quickly surfaces and resolves leadership barriers. TLC coaches work individually with our high-performing participants as they achieve the next level of executive impact.
