What We Do
Founded by renowned Harvard Business School Professor Frances Frei, best-selling author Anne Morriss, and technology executive Cara Shortsleeve, The Leadership Consortium helps best-in-class organizations create the conditions for more and varied leaders to thrive. Since 2018 TLC has been delivering custom advisory work, executive coaching, and an innovative leadership accelerator program called the TLC Leaders Program. Leaders emerge from TLC programming better prepared to lead stronger teams and bring a broader strategic mindset to their businesses, markets, and communities.

TLC Leaders Program
We convene top talent from best-in-class partner companies, immersing participants in a virtual development experience that accelerates leadership impact. The program combines an interactive leadership curriculum delivered by hand-picked Harvard Business School faculty with a diverse peer executive community and transformative personal coaching. Leaders emerge from the program as more self-aware executives who lead stronger teams and have broader strategic command of their organizations.

We deliver an intensive, virtual, change management program that rapidly surfaces and resolves barriers to leadership impact. Leaders emerge from TLC Coaching with the self-awareness, skills, and action plans to unlock their full potential.
