Engagement intake
Leaders complete a guided self reflection prior to the engagement and articulate their desired outcomes; 360 feedback from colleagues provides contextual awareness for both the leader and the coach.
1:1 sessions
Following thoughtful coach matching, Leaders and their coaches set shared goals during a Baseline Session. Leaders and coaches then utilize Mastery Sessions to drive forward progress and impact.
Common focus areas
While each engagement is unique, common topics include: inclusive leadership, strategic leadership, change management, sustaining high performance, communicating with impact, and navigating complex environments.
